SANKYO Torque Limiting Clutches
Sankyo's adjustable torque limiting safety clutches provide overload protection to protect your equipment. When the preset torque is exceeded, the detent ball pocket design trips out to disconnect the load. The load will free-spinning until the load torque is less than the torque limiting clutch preset torque.
• Overloads can be monitored with a proximity sensor when the detection ring is actuated.
• Overload torque ranges are consistent and accurate to the preset thresholds.
• Automatically resets every 360 degrees to the home position (except manual reset type TR, TRF & LM Series).
• Overall length or fixture heights do not change when overload is tripped.
• Multiple configurations include linear, shaft coupling or flange types.
